岗位描述：全面负责项目现场的管理工作，采取有力措施保证工程安全、质量，确保项目按期完成。

岗位职责：

1、分解落实整体及分项工程的进度计划，协调处理现场管理中出现的技术、质量、材料、外观等问题，采取有利措施保证项目的按期完成；

2、部署协调部门内部工作，实施部门员工管理与业绩考核；

3、协调与合作单位，包括施工单位、监理单位、设计单位，以及相关政府部门的关系，提高工作效率；

4、加强工程质量的管理力度，组织人员对质量进行事前控制和实时检查，对质量问题及时采取措施加以整改；

5、加强现场安全管理，贯彻安全文明施工管理要求；

6、对下属进行工作辅导和培训，不断提高其业务能力，帮助下属规划职业发展。

岗位要求：

1、学历：本科专业：工民建相关专业

2、8年以上相关工作经验,其中至少2年大型房地产公司项目经理工作经验，成功实施若干大型工程项目管理。

3、对工程项目管理有深刻见解，能独立承担大型项目的现场管理工作。

4、38岁以下男性，踏实、乐观、开朗。
