1.全日制大专学历，酒店管理专业毕业优先；
2.熟悉酒店及相关行业知识；敏锐关注酒店业的政策与发展趋势；
3.有较强的领导能力、自我管理能力、战略规划能力、执行能力、思考能力、沟通能力、交际能力；
4.3年以上高星级酒店总经理管理经验，8年以上高星级酒店工作经验;
5.有二三线城市或当地五星级酒店成功经营管理经验者优先。
