工作责任：
1、经营：达成公司制定的净利润预算目标；
2、营运：修正、调整、推广企业《营运手册》，使分公司营运符合《营运手册》标准，建立健全顾客满意度评估体系；提高顾客满意度；
3、行政/人力资源：执行人力资源管理制度、持续推动提高员工满意度，秉承企业文化，建立健全企业文化提炼、宣传系统；
4、培训：建立健全快餐业务培训体系，推动培训体系持续改进；
5、发展/工程：实施企业制定的业务发展规划；
6、商品：执行商品制度，提升商品管理水平；
7、财务/信息：执行财务制度，规范分支机构财务管理；
8、出品：建立健全出品管理体系，持续改进出品管理，提高顾客满意度；
9、营销企划：建立健全营销管理体系，提高品牌美誉度和知名度；

任职资格：
1、有在中式快餐连锁行业发展的职业愿景，认同企业核心价值观；
2、大学本科以上学历，35周岁以上，熟悉电脑办公软件操作；
3、十年以上连锁型企业高层管理经验，丰富的餐厅营运管理经验；
4、精通中式餐饮连锁行业员工训练体系的建立与持续改进；
5、精通中式餐饮连锁行业出品管理体系的完善与提高；
6、精通中式餐饮连锁行业营销企划体系的建立与持续改进；
7、有大型西式快餐连锁企业分公司总经理职位以上工作经历者；
8、良好的职业素养，敬业，诚信。
