Position: Chief Engineer
Responsibilities:
1、Being senior engineer, be responsible for technical communication with customers,
2、Design of supporting batter pack, accessories for switches in accordance with customer requirements.
3、Develop test machine, software & program for battery pack.
4、Lead the team to provide technical support to manufacturing.
5、Manage design engineering, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer and program engineer;
6、Establish all technical documents manage procedures.
7、Communicate with technology provider for new technology transfer based on customer needs meanwhile understand, verify, integrate technologies transferred into actual application and providing training to the team.
8、Project management.
Qualifications:
1、Bachelor degree minimum with major of engineering, preferred majors are Electrical Power, Battery Pack, Automation.
2、Minimum 8 year of experience working in auto industry , at least 4 years working as a design engineer.
3、Familiar with AutoCad, Pro/E software, have experience for design with these tools skillfully.
4、Familiar with TS 16949 , APQP & PPAP procedure.
5、Team work is highly required. Proven successful team work experience.
6、Minimum CET-6. Good English for reading, writing and oral communications.
7、Capable of working under pressure.
