职位：EHS经理Environment & Safety Manager
Main responsibility：
1、Be responsible for drawing up the company policies and regulations upon health, safety and environment of State requirements as well as the Company standard；
2、Establish organization safety and health objectives, policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and relevant occupational safety and health setup rule and regulations;
3. Define the methods or model used in the studies and analyses of industrial accident causes and hazards to health, coordinates the execution and prepares reports;
4、Be responsible for implementation of directives and policies on safety, health and environment as required by the company system；
5、Be responsible for verification for manufacturing engineering process and layout from EHS perceptive；
6、Oversee investigation of accidents and injuries, to minimize recurrence, and the environment tests with regards to air, water, noise, etc.
7、Coordinate relevant safety training to educate all employees about safety policies, laws and practices;
8、Tour organization/plant to inspect safety equipment, to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure the compliance with pertinent safety rules and regulations. Recommends changes in policies and procedures to prevent accidents and illnesses;
9、Manage and provide employees PPE, set up and optimize the supplier PPE management system;
10、Make sure all EHS policy action following local regulation/law.
Requirements：
1、Bachelor degree or above；
2、Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS management position in an international company；
3、Familiar with ISO14000 and OHSA18000；
4、Good English and computer skill；
5、Good communication skills；
6、Dynamism and autonomy；
7、Motivation for challenging projects；
8、Flexible enough to deal with joint venture environment；
9、Experiences in manufacturing industry is a plus.
