职位：质量经理Quality Manager

Job description:
1、Overall responsibility for all quality assurance tasks in the production，Fully developing & implementing a full Quality Operating System with all key measurable indicators；
2、Through continuous improvement in systems and organizations, sustained reductions on quality costs so as to guarantee customer satisfaction and company profitability；
3、Responsible for the control of process, delivery of non-conforming products
4、Promote Customer satisfaction/success and manage quality related issues with customers；
5、Fully developing & implementing a Supplier Quality control system and organization. Manage quality related issues with suppliers (in line with the corresponding internal Departments)；
6、Responsible for setting up and maintaining TS16949 Quality system；
7、Drive continuous improvement for quality related issues / processes; e.g. by evaluating and developing improved techniques for the control of the quality and reliability of the products.
Requirements：
1、Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Quality required. Advanced degree a plus；
2、at least 5 years of experience in automotive industries；
3、Trained in ISO/TS 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Gage R & R, Error proofing, CMM and metrology, problem solving and corrective action；
4、Must be experienced in managing people, including shop floor level inspectors as well as degreed professional quality engineers；
5、Must have a demonstrated career history of assuming increased job responsibilities and a record of successes against measured targets；
6、Highly level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others；
7、Various gage usage. Well know documents and records regulations；
8、8D, Six sigma problem solving tools；
9、Good oral and written communication skills in English。
