职位：Supply Chain Director
Responsibilities:
1、Increase AP region profitability through the implementation of Supply Chain advanced systems；
2、Implement Supply Chain processes, Region wide, and make sure that the organization is aligned；
3、Develop and implement an organization-wide and integrated supply chain and logistics strategy to facilitate the cost-effective flow of merchandise from suppliers to customers；
4、Lead, direct, and control all supply and logistics policies, procedures, and activities to maximize the efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost effectiveness of the organization’s supply chain. Activities may include: materials planning and control, procurement, inventory management, storage, warehouse and logistics；
5、Oversee the overall supply and logistics budget; monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimise resources and priorities spending；
6、Establish targets in areas such as transit and delivery times; inventory levels; purchasing, warehousing, and storage costs; and service standards and monitor the performance of all supply and logistics activities against these goals；
7、Research, negotiate, maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate relationships and contracts with external suppliers so that the organisation has a reliable supply of goods and services that meet its standards of quality, timeliness and cost；
8、Liaise with other functions across the organization (particularly in customer service and production planning) to ensure that supply and logistics strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall corporate objectives；
9、Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop professional and para-professional staff to ensure that the organisation's logistics strategy is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to established guidelines and budgets.

Requirements:
1、Bachelor's Degree equivalent or above (Masters degree Preferred). Chemical, mechanic engineering or manufacturing engineering degree is preferred；
2、More than 8 years work experience in supply chain, more than 3 years in management level,At least 3 years supply chain experience in a automotive manufacturing;；
3、Possess analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend proper automation opportunities；
4、Strong Knowledge of ERP；
5、Knowledge of TS 16949、ISO9000 and ISO14000；
6、Strong abilities of leadership, communication and coordination；
7、Fluent in English and Chinese by both oral and written；
8、Good computer skills。
