Position: Quality Director
Responsibilities:
1、Lead the quality assurance function so that that all the organisation's raw materials, in-process products, and finished products conform to technical specifications, perform reliably, meet internal and external quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations, licences, and certifications.
2、Establish operating budgets; monitor the cost, effectiveness, and reliability of quality assurance activities to optimise resources, prioritise spending, and ensure that targets and standards are met.
3、Evaluate the results of quality assurance activities and prepare recommendations for executives about significant changes that need to be made to the organisation's manufacturing processes, systems, technology, raw materials, inputs, or vendors.
4、Liaise with functional and operational area managers (for example in R&D, production, maintenance, engineering, or supply) to develop schedules, project plans, and cost estimates for implementing new activities, procedures, or methods to improve the quality and performance of the organisation's products.
5、Research, evaluate, and recommend investments in technology, capital, equipment, systems, or other assets that will improve the quality of the organisation's raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
6、Liaise with external suppliers (for example, equipment vendors and raw material suppliers) to ensure that their products meet the organisation's quality standards and that the organisation receives satisfactory standards of service.
7、Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of quality assurance professionals (for example, engineers) to ensure that quality assurance activities meet established targets and standards.
Qualifications:
1、Bachelor degree or above in chemical and/or engineering or related subjects
2、At least 10 years quality management experience in world class company, excellent quality system implementation, problem solving and coach experience.
3、Certified ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO/TS16949 auditors.
4、Strong APQP implementation experience at design environment company.
5、Certified six sigma black belt in world class company, DMAIC and DFSS.
6、Strong problem solving and coach experience. Proactive and aggressive, good communication in both Chinese and English.
