职位描述
1)带领销售团队完成公司销售目标，打造一支专业化的销售团；
2)参与公司销售目标的制定，建立销售目标实施方案并贯彻实施；
3)参与产品的定位及开发、维护公司的系统客户与渠道关系；
4)协助销售对标书及方案制作，参与大项目的洽谈与跟近，协助解决项目进展中的问题并最终签约。

任职资格：

教育背景:
◆国家统招本科学历，市场营销、建筑设计或工商管理相关专业。

培训经历:
◆受过战略管理、战略市场营销、管理技能开发、组织变革管理、合同法、财务管理等方面的培训。

经验:
◆十年以上市场营销工作经验，五年以上中高档办公家具品牌同岗位工作经历，有20人以上大型销售团队管理经验。

技能技巧:
◆熟悉现代管理模式，熟练运用各种激励措施引导团队实现销售目标；
具备较强的市场洞察力、渠道建设能力、客户开发能力、培训能力以及团队建设能力；
◆有丰富的市场营销策划经验，能够识别、确定潜在的商业合作伙伴，熟悉行业市场发展现状；
◆具有优秀的营销技巧，较强的市场策划能力和运作能力；
◆良好的口头及书面表达能力；
具有较好的英语口语能力、书写能力。

态度:
◆工作细致、严谨，并具有战略前瞻性思维；
◆具有较强的管理能力、判断和决策能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力；
◆优秀的市场拓展、项目协调、谈判能力；
◆具有高度的工作热情和责任感。
