7.有服装零售行业工作经验者优先。

岗位职责：
1.认同、倡导公司的价值观和经营理念，
2.传播企业文化；
3.负责组织制定分公司人力资源战略发展规划及年度人力资源规划；
4.组织制订与完善分公司人力资源管理体系、相关政策及制度；
5.负责分公司组织规划（组织架构、职能的管理）；
6.招聘、培训、薪酬、绩效等业务的统筹管理；
7.分公司的人力资源业务管理；
8.人力资源团队管理；
9.其它上级交办的任务。
