公司简介和职位描述

We are looking for experienced baseband experts for demanding design of telecommunication systems

As a Senior/Expert DSP engineer we expect you to have:
- Over three years of hands-on experience of embedded real-time DSP systems
- Experience from signal processing design and implementation for wireless communication
- Proven expertise and in depth knowledge in one of the following areas
1: Signal processing theory, receiver algorithms and link-level simulation model for wireless communication systems. Hands-on experience required
2: DSP real-time systems, performance, capacity and real-time analysis. Proven advanced baseband trouble-shooting knowledge and experience required
- In-depth knowledge and experience in DSP L1 (physical layer) baseband from either TD-SCDMA, WCDMA, WiMAX or LTE
- Good and proven C/C++ programming skills
- Long experience ( > 4 years) from embedded software development
- Good understanding of network and telecommunications technologies & standards
- Good knowledge of SW development processes
- Ability to work both as a member of a team and independently, you are also productive and take initiative
- Ability to lead and support junior colleques in order to support their growth in competence and experience
- Good personal communication skills including very good spoken and written English.
