R&D Director:?
The main objective is to manage and develop our R&D department and its 30 engineers and technicians.

Main fields covered by this department are lighting fixtures and bulbs development, including area such as mechanical construction, optics, electronics, conformity assessment, performance testing and certification.

Monitoring new technologies, especially LED, to support future innovation is also critical.

Strong abilities to cooperate with marketing team for product design and definition, with sourcing team to optimize costs and validate suppliers’ choice, with production department to optimize quality and efficiency are key to succeed in this job.

Skills expected:Experience and good technical knowledge in lighting, optics and electronics

Good resources and project management skills to optimize effectiveness and efficiency

Being rigorous and focused on planning achievementsKeen to discover and leverage new technologies

More than 10 years of management experienceFluency in Mandarin and English

This position will report to both Factory General Manager and Company Managing Director during the six months probation period, and then exclusively to the later after the probation period.
